This is the first installment in a series of photographs that I'm really excited about. I've been planning this for several months and coming up with ideas for different photos but this is the first I've actually done. My faith is very important to me and I wanted to find a way to share that through my photos. As you read the bible Jesus uses many parables and metaphors to share His message and these parables and metaphors are what I plan to portray in this series of photographs. The first photo in this series is a representation of the parable of the lost coin found in the gospel of Luke. Hope you like it!
"Suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Does she not light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.' In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents." -Luke 15:8-10
